Telehealth Services

The CF Team connects through Telehealth Services with patients in some remote areas who have challenges in coming to Vancouver or to one of the outreach clinics.  This service is arranged through the CF Clinic and media services department in the outlying area, and is a hospital-to-hospital service.

The CF Clinic has also begun a from-home telehealth service for patients who are unable to access local hospitals easily. Patients requesting this service require a strong internet connection and a reliable computer or tablet with audio and video capabilities, and the ability to use Skype.
